Location is excellent, just steps from Times Square. Breakfast can get super crowded and confusing. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee while waiting. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect for exploring NY on foot, but breakfast could get crowded. Friendly staff and excellent food made the stay enjoyable. Some room amenities needed improvement like uncomfortable couch beds and limited toiletries for multiple guests. A good experience with minor room issues.

The hotel had some issues with the lifts, as they were slow and sometimes taken over by cleaning staff. Breakfast was disappointing, with cold food and no tea available. However, the shower was excellent. The room was small and the air conditioning didn't work well. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff and convenient location made the stay somewhat enjoyable.

I loved the new building of this cool hotel and its favourable location. The continental breakfast was reasonably good and gorgeous, a wide array of options.

The hotel was fantastic, staff helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, and they even set up the sofa bed for my son before we returned. The location was perfect, not too noisy despite being right on Times Square. They got good breakfast but it was a bit too busy. Only gripe was the long wait during check-in, as the lobby was always crowded. 🌟

The hotel was in a AMAZING spot - you could walk EVERYWHERE! Lots of cool eateries nearby, and the staff had our backs 24/7. The bed? SO comfy, dang! 😊 Breakfast packed a punch, but space was tight. No worries, small snacks area was a lifesaver. Just wished for a chill spot, rooms a bit tight but hey, for the price, it's a STEAL! Can't wait to swing by again!

The views of downtown from my room at Hyatt Place New York City Times Square were simply breathtaking. I enjoyed sipping my coffee while basking in the city skyline, feeling right at home in the cozy sitting area. The modern and well-equipped rooms also provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The overnight experience was marred by a distasteful and disruptive display from some employees in the lobby, which affected my ability to work and get a good night's sleep.

The room was small but comfortable and clean. However, the elevator can get crowded, so taking the stairs might be a good idea.

They were always friendly and tried to fulfill every request we had. the bar/lounge area offered a great buffet-style breakfast with plenty of options, including special diet menus and vegetarian choices. the staff in the night shift were especially helpful and welcoming, making our late check-ins smooth and hassle-free.

One improvement that could be made is providing more soundproofing in the rooms. Installing better soundproofing would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

A delicious Sicilian pastry stole my heart! Kudos to the friendly staff & great location. Nearby eats at Mercato & Fat Sal's Pizza are mouthwatering. Cons: Check-in chaos & lack of A/C left a sticky situation. However, the hotel's charm still shines. Just keepin' it real, NYC-style! 😉

The service was also top-notch, from the dry cleaning to the bell staff, and the room amenities were great too. We appreciated the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The dining options were also fantastic, with a great continental breakfast, a bar/lounge area and special diet menus available. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and we can't wait to come back!

During a spring weekend break to Harrogate, we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. The hotel was right where we wanted to be, making it convenient for exploring the Harrogate conference centre and local restaurants in town. The room I booked with a view did not meet my expectations, as it only offered a view of a nearby construction site. Despite multiple requests, the issue was not resolved, leaving a disappointing impression on what was supposed to be a special occasion.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a 10-hour train ride from North Carolina. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to Times Square and close to the subway. The staff was helpful and accommodating, changing our room after the first night due to a loud AC. The breakfast was great, although I would have liked a selection of fresh vegetables. Fast checkout, helpful doorman/security staff, and the availability of a microwave and hot water in the breakfast area 24/7 were additional positives.
